*Promotion Timing: The "Sound To Mountains BikeFest Win This Bike" promotional contest of chance begins 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on March 13th, 2010 and ends at 5pm Pacific Time August 1st, 2010, or after all 8,000 entry tickets have been distributed.
*Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of March 13th, 2010. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Staff and Directors of The Levee Breaking and their respective households are not eligible.

Make a $2 donation online before 5pm Pacific Time August 1st, 2010. Each $2 donation to The Levee Breaking will receive one free "Sound To Mountains BikeFest Win This Bike" entry.
In Person:
Come to a Levee Breaking event between March 13th and August 1st 2010 and receive a free "Sound To Mountains BikeFest Win This Bike" entry ticket for each $2 donation made to The Levee Breaking.
Free Method of Entry:
One free entry per address. Submit an original piece of bicycle-inspired poster art along with a haiku about bicycles, or an original recording of a song about bicycles/bicycling, along with a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to: The Levee Breaking, 1916 Pike Place, Suite 12 #67, Seattle WA 98101. Entries must be postmarked after March 13th 2010 and received by August 1st 2010.
Prize, Approximate retail value and approximate odds of winning
Grand Prize! A Trek Madone 4.5. (Approximate value $2,100) 8,000 entry tickets will be printed, with final odds of winning dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
Random drawing
The prize will be awarded in a random drawing conducted at the Bybee-Nims Blueberry Farm during the Sound To Mountains BikeFest on Sunday August 1st, 2010 from all eligible entries received. The winner does not need to be present to win.
Winner Notification & Verification
The potential grand prize winner will be announced during the Sound To Mountains BikeFest on Sunday August 1st 2010 at 6pm from the Levee Breaking Stage. Winner will be able to pick up their prize at the Bybee-Nims Blueberry Farm the day of the Sound To Mountains BikeFest. The winner will be posted on our website, and if not present for the drawing August 1st, will be notified by phone and/or email by August 20th, 2010. After August 8th, the winner will be able to pick up the prize from SingleTrack Cycles in North Bend, WA. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize by August 30th, 2010, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
General Rules
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner's name will be posted on The Levee Breaking website no later than August 20th, 2010.
